Feelings Matter Counselling Service
The service offered includes counselling or therapy for a range of anxiety issues, relationship problems and depression. You will be able to arrange a face to face session or have counselling online.
Talking Therapy is not a magic cure for a problem that you may be experiencing. Talking therapy will help you to improve your emotional wellbeing and provide you with tools to cope with your symptoms.
